Dukes of Hazzard Stars Come to Fallsview Casino in January

NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – Oct. 4, 2010) – The boys from Hazzard County are making their way to Niagara Falls in January. John Schneider and Tom Wopat, stars of the 1980s hit TV series, The Dukes of Hazzard, will perform songs from their solo careers at the Avalon Theatre for two nights, January 21 & 22.

Schneider, who played Bo Duke, followed up his television stint with a Country music career which included nine albums and a greatest hits package. Wopat, or Luke Duke to TV enthusiasts, also enjoyed Country music stardom as well as being a regular on Broadway.

Returning to Fallsview after his appearance with Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band in June, guitarist Rick Derringer will entertain audiences with his classic rock and roll songs for two shows, January 14 & 15. Fallsview continues its international concert series with two shows by Italian pop group Ricchi e Poveri who are joined by comedian Gigi Vigliani on January 8 & 9.

Kicking off the January line up is a one-night performance from The Lovin’ Spoonful on January 7 th. The production show, Celebration of the 60’s, highlights the diversity of music from that era for seven nights, January 24 – 30.
