MIAMI, FL–(Marketwire – October 1, 2010) –  Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) announced today their due diligence and negotiation for the second casino location is completed with the final contract signing set for October 4th. Renovations of the location will be completed during the following 3 weeks with a November 2010 Grand Opening expected. The location features waterfront views in its exclusive location matched with an 890 room hotel in a self contained resort community. 

CEO Steven Swank stated, “The due diligence is done and we are proud to add our second physical location in the Dominican Republic as we expand our presence on the Internet.” 

The new location provides great exposure to an international clientele of tourists. It allows CGAQ the opportunity for each customer to experience the level of service they provide to the gaming industry, while promoting its Live Video Gaming Site. CGAQ hopes to make each of the tourist long term clients via its Internet Site.
