WASHINGTON, DC–(Marketwire – August 6, 2010) – Due to overwhelming demand, Cirque du Soleil announced today that 24 additional performances from October 5th through the 24th will be added to the OVO engagement in Washington. Proudly presented by iShares®, OVO premieres Thursday, September 9th for a limited engagement until October 24th under the trademark blue-and-yellow Grand Chapiteau (Big Top) at National Harbor.
Tickets for the additional performances will be available for the general public beginning Sunday, August 8th at 10 a.m., online at www.cirquedusoleil.com/ovo or by phone at 1 800 450-1480.

Performance Schedule
Regular show schedule runs Tuesdays thru Thursdays at 8 p.m.; Saturdays at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.; Sundays at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. and no performances on Mondays.
Exceptions: Only one performance on Thursdays, September 23, 30 and October 7, 14 and 21 at 8 p.m.; Fridays, September 17, 24 and October 8 and 15 at 8 p.m. and no performances on Tuesday, September 28 and October 19.
