WAYNE, PA–(Marketwire – November 23, 2010) – VitaminSpice (
“VitaminSpice is once again excited to work with Chef Daniel Young. This is a fantastic way to give back to the community especially during the Holiday Season,” stated Edward Bukstel, CEO VitaminSpice. Mr. Bukstel further commented, “We are also exploring additional opportunities to give back to those in need in addition to our relationship already forged with Chef Daniel Young.”
“I will be cooking for families in the Denver area and utilizing VitaminSpice Products to increase the nutritional benefits for people in this community. The Holiday Dinner is in cooperation with the Daddy Bruce Foundation. No one personifies the charity of Thanksgiving more than Daddy Bruce, the Denver restaurateur who provided holiday feasts for the needy for more than 25 years before his death in 1994 at the age of 94. I am proud to be working with the Daddy Bruce Foundation to give back to the community that I love,” stated Chef Daniel Young.
Bruce Randolph opened Daddy Bruce’s Bar-B-Q in 1963, at the age of 63, in Denver. For many years he donated his own time and money to serving Thanksgiving dinners. He later took in donations and many local celebrities — including members of the Denver Broncos, police department, and local clergy.
“Working with Chef D and the Daddy Bruce Foundation is a privilege and we look forward to helping out communities, schools, and kids around the country to provide additional vitamin content. This is especially important with the vitamin malnourishment problems facing children and families across the country, as evidenced by the increasing problems of childhood obesity,” stated Bukstel.
