Utilizing some of the finest hotel accommodations in Walnut Creek, this wellness retreat welcomes all levels of participants from beginners to advanced with each day to begin with a focus on learning the foundations to a well-functioning body through detoxifying clean eating and transformation meditation. Laura Barton, an award winning nutritionist for Renaissance ClubSport and regional nutritionist for Leisure Sports, has been designing comprehensive holistic nutrition and lifestyle programs for more than 10 years and brings a sensible, whole foods approach to health and healing with a motivational spirit.
Those participating in this exceptional retreat opportunity will receive lodging in a stylish guest room; meals and refreshments including two breakfast smoothies, two lunches, two afternoon smoothies and dinner; all seminars, workshops, cooking demonstrations and exercise classes, guided morning walks and Saturday pajama relaxation meditation, and full use of the hotel’s world-class fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Rates for the two-day, one-night retreat are $299 per person for shared accommodations or $349 per person for single accommodation. To take advantage of the relaxing Walnut Creek boutique hotel amenities and get an early start to the weekend, participants may add Friday night for an additional $119 and choose from exercise classes or relaxing spa services such as a massage, facial, pedicure or manicure. Advanced reservation is required for spa treatments, however wellness retreat participants will receive a 15 percent discount on all spa services.
