VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwire – July 12, 2010) – Leisure Canada Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LCN) (the “Company”) advises that Robin Conners, President and CEO of the Company has announced his intention to resign from the Company’s Audit Committee following the election of a new board of directors at the Company’s Annual and Special Meeting on July 26, 2010. An independent director to be elected will replace Mr. Conners on the committee.
