With over 125 digital signs, the JW Marriott is taking advantage of several popular features and applications including meeting room signage throughout their conference space, property mapping, event list integration, local area wayfinding , guest room TV, and virtual concierge. Blending multiple elements allows the resort to connect with their guests in a unique and innovative fashion, while creating a model that puts them ahead of the curve in guest communication. Interactive Vacation Concierge enables the hotel concierge staff to provide the guest information on local events and attractions, assisting them with their vacation planning. The Interactive Call to Action application was designed to give the guest a convenient option to contact a property team member directly from a digital sign outside their meeting room.
