Triton Announces Receiving Back 80% of the Shares to Be Retired

TIBURON, CA–(Marketwire – October 12, 2010) –  Triton (PINKSHEETS: TTDZ) announced today that from the recent Corporate Action to buyback Common Shares, it received during the weekend of October 8-10, 2010 34,892,672,564 shares or approximately 80% of the issued and outstanding shares to be retired or exchanged for lesser shares.
